Rotary Kiln Incinerator
SCOPE OF WORK:
Complete work package for the construction and installation of Rotary Kiln
Incinerator of about 2.5 tons/hour capacity for incinerating both liquid and
solid waste. The incinerator line has an area of about 25x60 sq. m.
Mechanical work:
Supply, fabrication, assembling and installation of steel structure and equipment,
piping connection to tie in point. Installation of Boiler, burner, scrubber,
quencher and stack.
Electrical and Instrumentation:
Supply and installation of power, control cables, power equipment and
instrumentation devices. Installation of Cable trays, cables, termination work,
panel board, motor and pump panels, power and lighting, grounding system,
testing and commissioning.
